Here is the actual Wager Contract that Ryan Connelly-Carr signed on June 9th, 1999. As you can see buy the highlighted regions, he was a LOSER! (sorry Ryan) I didn't have to remind him all summer, and on the first day of school of the 1999-2000 school year, he paid up!
